All scale & balance calibrations are done with appropriate and recognized procedures. All documentation meets ISO/IEC 17025 guidelines for customers that require conformance to ISO/IEC 17025 specifications.

Basic Validation Inspection

  • Same point testing.
  • Verification of the functionality and accuracy for non-documented systems.
  • Make adjustments for Out-Of-Tolerance conditions.

Certified Inspections

  • ISO 17025 Certified.
  • N.I.S.T Multipoint testing of linearity and repeatability.
  • As found and as left documentation.
  • Device history available for performance assessments.

ISO/IEC Accredited Inspections

  • Accredited testing of equipment as per ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
  • Test procedures include the recording of linearity, shift, repeatability.

Accredited inspections ensure that the tested equipment is accurate to a defined degree of tolerance at the time of testing. We recommended performing one or two inspections every year. Monthly or Quarterly inspections may be needed to ensure that equipment is operating efficiently and accurately.
